We begin every project with an interview, during which we get to know you, your needs, and your aesthetics.
The first step is to study the existing plans or perform a property survey. Based on the collected data, we create blank floor plans and then start playing with the form, finding the right placement for the furniture, lighting, and accessories. During this process, we’re starting to get ideas about the colors, textures, and finishes. We create a mood board with the key components, which makes it easy to visualize the relationship between proposed colors and textures. We also provide 3D modeling and rendering services upon request.
