Based on our collected data, we performed a detailed site survey and created a floor plan with the proposed furniture. The backyard has been completely redesigned, with two options for the pool deck: a new rectangular one and the option with the old pool.

This was a fun project, even though it was on the budget. We were hired to transform an old bank into a Taphouse. Our task was to design a dining room, bar, pool table area, and entry, update the landscape, parking area, and new sidewalk.
